The Nisga'a Nation has 2,000 square kilometres of secure land, a constitutionally recognized and responsible government, and a workforce seeking employment and opportunities. The Nisga'a Foundation supports economic and business development in each Nisga'a community. Your contribution will help fund the following initiatives:

• recruiting experienced business leaders to mentor new entrepreneurs
• developing skills in managing small and medium-sized businesses (accounting, budgeting, estimating, proposal writing, contracting, and negotiating)
• creating a 10-year strategic plan that will set direction and identify required skills and training, and
• improving the skills of managers and employees in the areas of business, human and financial management, and communication and information technology.
